Soaring Global Coal Use Is Obliterating Emission Reductions Achieved in the U.S. Since 2005

One very large volcanic eruption produces a very large share of the human emissions worldwide in one burp. Some actually produce more CO2 than we emit on Earth in a year. This means that a much smaller share of savings is wiped out by every little burp any volcano makes anywhere on Earth. Never mind that we have over 400 active volcanoes that are constantly burping. This is beyond ridiculous.
