Rooftop solar meets reality. Utilities and people wake up to the fact that none of what they do is free and the state can’t foot the bill forever. So, either they squeeze more money out of the people to pay for it. Or they borrow even more money to keep everyone sweet (if they can). Or they put the costs where they belong – to the rooftop owners. Thats what will happen.
