The planet has developed a perfect energy storage system. It stores hydrogen in a stable form that is not toxic and non-corrosive. It does not explode except under very limited circumstances, has a safety record to be envied, has been in use for more than a century, and can be used to do anything that would be done with any form of energy. Methane is such a good energy store, it would have to be invented if it did not exist already. h

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
