Texas Bill Would Require Pipelines to Winterize

Winterizing pipelines they say? Thats good, but far better would be to build some good commercial-grade gas storage. Because this winter stuff affects mainly upstream pipelines and any gas in storage is not upstream anymore. Oh yes, and don’t forget to winterize the wind turbines as well.

It would require the owners of all power generators, transmission lines, natural gas facilities and pipelines to protect their facilities against extreme weather.
