Texas Lawmakers Target Energy Discrimination
I don’t like that. If Texas wants to protect its “reliable energy” industry they would only have to abolish all subsidies for all energy forms. This includes the direct and the indirect ones as well as legislative advantages that some energy forms such as wind and solar have. Create an even playing field and let them fall as they fall. The market – if it’s a real market that deserves that name – is always better at sorting them out.
