Some people say that considering how bad things are, how could Biden make it any worse. And yes, for states such as California there does not seem to be any light on the horizon. But there are more states than suicidal ones. Some states have rather healthy attitudes and infrastructure and when things start to fall apart, they will want to disconnect. Those healthy states will be the place form where the US is going to be remade. Countries like Venezuela can’t seem to catch a breath because the whole country is messed up. Biden would deepen the rot.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
