The many colors of hydrogen
When my younger son discovered the color system and how many there are go went into a frenzy. He collected nonsensical names of colors to make his coloring system ever bigger and more exotic. Of course, little children do that when they find out that there is a world of wide variety waiting for them. But it’s non-sensical and they find that out fast enough. Thats what this reminds me of. Or 100 different genders. Someone just made up a whole lot of variety that serves no purpose other than creating more work for them that serves no purpose other than filling their bank accounts.
