It is also a great opportunity to develop evidence and rectify the record. There are activist judges for sure but there are also those with more realistic views and those will be called upon to appreciate evidence. Done the right way this can be an opportunity to lay out all the fraud that happened to someone who must at least pretend to be professional, non-emotional, and factual about it. Again, I am aware that reality can be very different at times but those who instigate lawfare take quite some risk here.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
