The Eastern African market needs a lot more energy products and they have very little in terms of distribution infrastructure. One more problem is the relative lack of deepwater harbors. Most harbors are so shallow that only the smallest ships can access. A hub and spoke hun makes a lot of sense. I think that further south around Comoros would be an even better position.
