The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration has published a notice of proposed rulemaking regarding the transportation of LNG.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
