UK cold weather: River Thames freezes over for first time in 60 years

Visuals are important. How many Londoners are 60 and above? Or better, how many are 65 and above or so? Because it’s only those that have ever experienced the Thames frozen over before and can remember. The vast majority of the population sees something they have never seen. This must make them receptive to some factual input. If it gets warmer and warmer and I have never ever seen the Thames frozen over before but now it does, then warmer and warmer must be crap. Showtime!

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
