Yesterday I published an article on how human society would fare without fossil energy and today I stumbled upon this piece of writing. America starts to feel the real impact of unstable energy sources and it will get worse. Price spikes of a few days can be absorbed. Price spikes for weeks or months are another matter entirely. Expect change – and be open about the results.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
