The one limiting factor is transmission infrastructure which means pipelines, pipelines, pipelines. Thats exactly what activists want to prevent from happening so the states producing the gas and Texas will have to develop mechanisms that allow them to remove activists once all requirements of permitting have been satisfied. Any country that allows a few activists to block developments they don’t like but that benefit everyone invites disaster. It’s one of the big challenges of any developed country.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
