Proposing this with a straight face should secure anyone who does so prison terms. This would be murder on a scale that Hitler or Stalin would have been proud of. Why, because the economy would shrivel and push 3 digit millions into poverty. Poverty kills but why would the rich playboys and playgirls with their golden iPhones and Teslas care?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
