Before You Reach Out, Understand This

I have operated as a consultant since 2011.
In that time, I have undertaken everything from strategic overhauls to salvage operations – entering when others failed, resolving what others fled.

That chapter is closed.

As of 2020, I no longer accept project-based consulting work.

Not for equity. Not for goodwill. Not even at legacy rates.

The only exceptions are longstanding clients with whom I already have a relationship – and if you’re not among them, this does not concern you.

What I Engage With Now

My focus is singular: strategic-level consulting in LNG.
And only when the matter demands a level of clarity and decisiveness that internal departments cannot deliver.

This means:

  • Issues your legal department won’t touch – because their perimeter is too narrow.
  • Contractual constructs that have become obsolete, rigid, or dangerous in light of market, political, or structural shifts.
  • Cases where the board must be persuaded—calmly and convincingly – that the legacy approach is not only unworkable, but actively corrosive.
  • Situations entangled in cultural inertia, bureaucratic obstruction, and geopolitical friction.
  • Assignments that cut through ideological fog – particularly the performative greening of energy discourse – and restore commercial realism to an increasingly unmoored sector.
  • Scenarios defined by ambiguity, leverage, and institutional risk.

If you are contending with long-term offtake obligations, breakdowns in commercial alignment, or politically sensitive contract architectures, you may proceed.

If, however, you are building yet another platform, pitching tokenized gas, or attempting to “disrupt” LNG by brokering fantasy supply chains from sanctioned or unstable jurisdictions – do not.

I am not interested, and I will not engage.

Terms of Engagement

To prevent confusion or wasted effort, the following terms are not negotiable:

LNG exclusively.

I do not operate in general energy, renewables, cleantech, or peripheral sectors.

No implementation.

I advise. I do not execute.

No speculative offers.

I do not work for equity, tokens, goodwill, or vague promises.

Payment in advance.

Always. Without exception.

If it smells wrong, I walk.

There will be no discussion, no explanation, and no second chance.

I do not seek assignments. I am not “available.” I do not pitch.
This page exists for a single purpose:
To identify the rare problem worth solving—and the even rarer team worth solving it with.

If you believe you are the exception, not the rule – proceed.

Otherwise: do not waste either of our time.
