It’s not only the ocean currents. When wind turbines harvest wind energy from the atmosphere, they remove that energy that has been there and destroy whatever mechanism this wind drives. Whole climatic patterns have been changed by the removal of this wind and hence wind turbines are true climate changers. Humanity has thrived on the emergence of concentrated energy forms such as coal, oil, gas, and nuclear. They have a small footprint and don’t mess too much with the environment. Wind turbines and solar panels mess up everything they touch.
