Attack on ESG highlights need to regulate banks on climate finance: report

Regulate means nothing less than abolishing the market. Let me speak clearly – I would not mind if today’s banks went away. Out of business. That would be a hard hit as our economies run because of the lubricant of endless money. And finally confronting the real value (or non-value) of the asset bubble we live on would be nothing less than cataclysmic. But given where we have come, I think nothing less would ever work. We are very far down the road of insanity. It’s madness to think that some superficial tweaking will fix this. This will hurt, we will all bleed profusely.  But nothing is going to prevent that by now. If we have to bleed, I would like the elites to bleed with us.
