We have all seen what happened to the bus in Paris, or the bus depots in Germany, or the many exploding EVs everywhere on the planet. many of those vehicles don’t even move while they blow it. How many ICE vehicles have exploded while being parked for an hour? Exactly, zero. And those battery fires are not only unpredictablöe, hot, and dangerous but also very toxic. I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
