Canada Supreme Court rules environmental impact act is partially unconstitutional

The truly interesting judicial debate will be when individual rights clash with so-called collective rights. To me, fundamental Human Rights are by necessity individual rights. I always held the opinion that fundamental rights must be a short list and whenever the collective takes laws that infringe on those very same fundamental rights, they are by design unconstitutional or are justified by truly exceptional circumstances. In those circumstances, there are corpses in the streets. When Austria made a law for mandatory injection of an untested substance it broke fundamental rights. This must happen with Climate Alarmist policies as well.
