Thats it? He says he is resigning and that’s already it for him and his associates? Those people have pulled up a Ponzi scheme and like Bernie Madoff, they should feel the weight of the law for it. Prison terms would be appropriate. Because the winnings in such schemes are so exorbitant that there will be copycats galore. If a resignation is the worst that ever happens to you, you are free to take a shot and rid millions of their hard-earned cash. We need the light of transparency and the virtue of stern penalties to disinfect the dark dens of climate change. There is a huge lot of disinfecting to do.
