Cheating on oil production quotas stalls this week’s OPEC+ meeting

OPEC members cheating on the quotas? Who would have thought? Many oil-producing countries are under extreme stress and like people under extreme stress do crazy things, so do countries. Even many decent people will cheat and steal if the circumstances push them this way. Those deals must always be read with a bucketful of salt.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
