Chevron shareholders want evidence of climate change performance

They should tell those shareholders to buzz off and bang their heads against a wall if they want to. They can always divest from any company they are too happy with. There are plenty of willing buyers of the stock. Any company that does not start to confront this idiocy soon is in for a lot of trouble as there is no middle ground for extremists.

In a rare move against Chevron Corp.’s board, shareholders of the U.S. oil giant are calling on the company to disclose lobbying efforts and ensure that they support international goals to combat global warming.
