China and India Demand a TRILLION Dollars to Reduce CO2 Emissions
Great stratagem to delay action on their side pretty much indefinitely. They know that the rest of the world can never accept any of this and that’s what they want – time to go on with doing whatever the heck they want. Indefinitely – anyone who claims that multilateralism is going to box China in must wake up with the shoes on the ears every morning. This is a wake-up call. They tell us to pound sand – and we should stop pretending. But will we?
