Cuomo’s war on pipelines means pain for little people

Would that not be a business case for LNG deliveries by a truck? Can Cuomo stop those too? If those businesses installed an LNG tank they would be independent of the pipeline. Now, that’s an investment and it may not fly but has anyone looked into this?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
