There is a fleet of Saudi oil tankers on its way towards the US. I am sure they would like to put some of that oil into the SPR so their own tanks are freed up for what’s to come. Storage space is worth gold right now.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
