EVs May Have to Hibernate

They may have to do more than just hibernate. EVs pose many safety issues we don’t have in that extreme way with combustion vehicles – first of all their unpredictable explosions. A combustion vehicle won’t explode when it’s parked. Another is weight – many structures we have built for vehicles have not been built for double weight. Reinforcing them would cost a lot of steel and a lot of cement. But are those resources not CO2 intensive – a catch-22? Then again, EVs are rolling carbon bombs anyhow so why would that matter?
