February Fantasy Redux

It’s not only in North America. Slowly and for at least the last 5 years every following winter was a bit colder than the previous one. My youngest is 12 years old and he recently told me that this right now is the coldest and the snowiest winter he has ever experienced. It’s getting quite a bit colder pretty much everywhere but CO2 is just as high as over the last decade or more and people start to notice even without thermometers. Additionally, energy prices have been really bad this year. How long can the fiction be maintained?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
