Because continental European industry is in a death spin and if European politicians want to save any of it they must get serious on shale very fast or get clobbered by the voters. Because freezing, jobless voters are not the constituency thats running to the polls to reelect you. Truss likely wants to be PM longer than Boris. Good

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
