German auto giants bet on hydrogen cars
The German car industry had one thing going for them. They were the masters of the world when it came to the Internal Combustion Engine. They had it all figured out and the world bought their cars because they wanted the best. Now, they throw their Mojo away for something that is not only technologically immature. It’s also economically suicidal. Who is supposed to buy one of those? The few elites that got rich o plenty of tax money thrown at virtue signaling. You need mass markets to make innovation payback. This is never going to go mass market. The German car industry writes its own obituary.
