Germany Turns to Hydrogen in Quest for Clean Energy Economy

There is a German saying – “Eine neue Sau durchs Dorf treiben” (chase a new sow through the village or in English, they start a new issue in order to mask the fact that they don’t know how to finish the last one. This is perfect for the Hydrogen economy. German politicians feel squashed between the Friday for the fools school truands and people that can’t take the financial pain this madness creates anymore and who flock to opposition parties. What can they do other than one more idiotic money-wasting scheme?

Hydrogen, overlooked for decades by Germany’s energy planners, is gaining ground as alternative to fossil fuels as the nation scrambles to recover lost ground on its climate promises.
