Held v Montana Climate Lawsuit

Let’s do something useful with this non-sensical case. Let’s make the Children’s trust prove what they allege. I am serious about it. If you allege something you must prove it. Even the IPCC cannot present conclusive proof for its theory of human-made climate change. Let them present what they regard as proof as they will throw tons of crap the court’s way and let’s pick it apart. Let’s see what it amounts to in the world of facts as opposed to the feelings-centered world they live in. I know they won’t accept the results but the silent majority would.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
