It looks like the project developers have given local requirements and market capabilities some thought. With what I can see right now – well done. The world needs more of that.

Italy is to get its first small-scale liquefied natural gas facility as construction works progress on the Higas terminal located on the island of Sardinia.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
