Qataris understand what Russians seem not to grasp. High prices destroy markets and push people to look for alternatives and with that, I don’t mean renewables. People need reliable energy. But Qatar has proven more than once that they are long-term planned and thinkers in a world of people that cannot even think until tomorrow.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
