Millions of tons of Arctic LNG soon heading towards Murmansk

Very nice – how does that square with the notion of low-cost LNG from Russia? Cargo transfer in the open is not exactly cheap. Better build something onshore. Or use the NWE terminals. But those arctic class vessels are money munchers so Murmansk it is.

A ship-to-ship reloading facility by the island of Kildin is getting ready to handle 300 meter long Arctic shuttle tankers.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
