No One Expected U.S. Shale Oil Output Cuts to Happen So Fast

Shale still has quite some surprises up its sleeve. They are quick to react to changes in the market and that works both ways. Just let the price go back up towards USD 40 or more and watch how shale springs up from the dead and thrives beyond any expectation. And thats a problem for conventional projects. They take many years to develop and even more years to build. Throw a wrench in and it takes forever until they get their act together. Meanwhile, shale mops up the market. Have fun.
