Oil prices may now be at a bottom after historic OPEC deal, US energy secretary says

Wow, that may go into history as one of the wrongest statements of the year 2020. Where does Brouillette come from? Hogwarts? Some oil exporters are in dire straits They can see an end to the good life and they will kick and scream to somehow save whatever they can. And if cheating is the price then be it. The oil market is far from out of the thick. The fun is just starting Mr. Secretary.

An early victim of the oil price crash has been the U.S. shale industry, which is now hemorrhaging jobs as highly-indebted oil producers in the U.S. begin filing for bankruptcy.
