Another administrative monster that will produce even more glossy reports and not understand what’s happening. You guys are between a rock and a hard place. Shale eats your lunch and the Trade War makes the lunch smaller.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in research and the sharing of best practices.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
