And he will wait some more as pipelines have one single problem that cannot easily be solved. Geography. Distance matters, and Terrain matters. Spread of sources matters. Anyone looking at a map will see that Western Siberian gas to China is a long, long way. I have strong doubts that any pipeline can bridge the gap economically. All gas getting from Russia to China right now through the PoS pipeline likely does not make Russia a single buck. They don’t tell me of course but there are rumors and there is – reality. Russia simply cannot replace European markets.
