Riled on Nord Stream Probe, Russia Summons European Envoys

Why would Russian officials be riled on a probe if they were convinced that it was not them? Sure, I imagine they would like to see what the probing countries see but that could not be as urgent and strong to rile them. Of course, I am speculating here and I always have on this matter but ever since those pipes blew up I had a hunch that it was Gazprom or the Russian military. And their true reason is that their new gas fields in Yamal are not nearly as great and economical as they wanted to make themselves believe. But the kickbacks have already been paid so how to explain to its own population that their Bonanza won’t make them rich? How about blowing it up and blaming some dastardly NATO country for it? Would Russians do that?
