Saudis join three other OPEC+ nations cutting output early

Is that supposed to be a joke? Cutting output early 3 days before the cuts are supposed to kick in? It’s not even ridiculous anymore.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
