Really, you want to get out of the bubble economy and leave the Earth’s crust scrapers behind? You have one shot at this and I tell you how to do it. First, step in front of Germans and tell them that from now on Germany will only accept any international obligations on a strict basis of reciprocity. You don’t do it, we don’t do it. Also, policy decisions will henceforth only be directed by science that has been proven beyond doubt. No more models, assumptions, and witchcraft. And most importantly, set the German entrepreneur free. That will be the hardest as you need to start trusting your people instead of some mad lunatics.
