Scratched EV battery? Your insurer may have to junk the whole car

How many will have to junk their Teslas just because there was a minor bump that might have set off the battery? Knowing how those vehicles can burst into flames at any moment with virtually no notice, are you comfortable having one of those close to your house? Or in the underground parking where you work? Or close to a hospital or a kindergarten or a school? I suggest that those cars must carry a flashing light at all times to alert others about its presence so people can take precautions. And they should be banned from certain places. What happens to a bridge if such a vehicle burns under it? Is it still structurally sound after?
