Something To Be Thankful For: Fire (AKA Fossil Fuels)

I would really love to see those renewable fanatics live for a full month on renewables only. I am not only talking about power, I talk about a life free from fossil fuels. And when they are through with a month, I want to know how many of them still want to go for 100% renewables. Fossil fuels are the basis of civilization – its this or back to stone age.

Before Thanksgiving weekend slips away, I want to pause to give thanks. Certainly I have many things to be thankful for — family (including a brand new grandson!), friends, reasonably good health, and plenty more.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
