Spain's Naturgy launches new LNG distribution system

The Spanish utility company, Naturgy, said it has developed an LNG transport and distribution system that does not require any regasification facilities at the delivery point.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
