A few years down the line Climate won’t be of any concern to global shipping anymore. Because of North America’s deindustrialization, a lot of transport capacity will simply not be required anymore. North America is its own market and supplier base. Globalization is over – has been for a while but we have dragged it along as outside North America, its demise makes us mad. Especially countries like China that need to import everything and still have no blue water navy to protect their sea lanes will suffer greatly. Is this peak shipping?

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network.
