The fracko-happy Trump led, Paris exited US lowers its emissions every year because of CH4 and all the other do-gooders like Germany, France, and China far exceed their targets. Take the Paris accord and use it as toilet paper as this is the only thing its good for. Actual results count for more than your damn paper.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
