Same here in Europe. Rules and regulations around building stuff have become sick and obscene. But even if you go down that road and jump through all the fire hoops they set up, you are still not sure you can proceed as you might have activists on your premises in no time. Imagine, you almost broke your back getting everything in order, and then you are not even protected from hooligans when they hinder you to do what you must and are allowed to.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
