Stupidity is the new pandemic — loud, proud, and breeding like rats in a buffet. Don’t waste your time getting offended; that’s just giving it a seat at the table. You won’t outpace it, outsmart it, or outlive it, so do the only rational thing left: point, laugh, and carry on. And let’s be clear — not everyone marinating in fear is a total moron; some are just too damn lazy to Google their way out of ignorance. But most? Spineless. You could hand them truth on a silver platter, gift-wrapped with footnotes, and they’d still mumble something about “both sides” and crawl back into indecision. So what? Let it burn. If you can’t kill the madness, toast marshmallows in its glow. This isn’t surrender — it’s tactical amusement.

I was introduced to and met Rudi in Angola when he started to develop his Sub Saharan Africa network. At the time he worked for EconGas/OMV and he tried organizing longterm LNG supply for them under the unlikeliest of all circumstances.
