Anti-OPEC bill receives second life in U.S. Congress

The most effective anti-OPEC bill (if such a thing is even desirable at all) would be to set the US back to reasonable energy that can compete without dollops of public money. Unleash your shale drillers, and unleash all the rest of the oil and gas economy. Cut back on useless and expensive regulations for nuclear and allow the development of large new powerplants, allow an industrial revival that also pushes innovation to new heights. OPEC produces oil mostly for China and some other Asian countries as well as some for Europe.
