Asia goes nuclear while Europe goes bust

In Austria we have a saying. When the cat is on vacation, the mice have a party. Thats what happens in much of the more developed world namely North America and Europe. We had no real problems for a long time so we create some out of thin air. Russia and most Asian countries don’t have that luxury. They must do what works for real – not in some version of lala land. Russia and China push the envelope on nuclear technology now. Especially Cghina had been stealing technology for a long time. There will be a time when we need to steal some from them.
